0. TURN OFF SYTEM RESTORE (right click on MY COMPUTER, System Restore, TURN OFF)
1. open regedit in command line
2. press CTRL+F to find the register : 645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E
3. delete all the registers with that name
4. reboot the computer
all done!
